Gift voucher terms

1. Who sells the voucher

Gift vouchers are sold by Via di Guinceri S.r.l., registered office Via di Guinceri 6, 57014 Collesalvetti (LI), VAT number and tax code 01822940506, REA (Business Register) LI-141709. 2. What you buy

You can choose between two vouchers:

• a tasting menu voucher, for the number of people you choose. Tasting menus are ordered by the whole table, for a minimum of 2 people: if the voucher is for one person, or there are more of you, the menu for anyone joining is paid for at the restaurant;
• an amount voucher, from €50 to €1,000, to spend on food and drink at the restaurant.

The price is the one shown before payment, including VAT. If you like, you can add the recipient’s name, a signature and a message to the voucher.

3. Payment and delivery

You pay online by card on Stripe’s secure page: your card details never pass through our website. The voucher is emailed to you as a PDF, to the address you gave, only once payment is confirmed. It includes a unique code and a QR code, its value and its expiry date.

The contract is concluded when payment is confirmed. Before paying you can correct your details in the form; the purchase summary reaches you by email. These terms can be read in Italian, English, French and German: if they differ, the Italian version prevails.

4. Using the voucher

• You can give the voucher away: it is valid for whoever presents it.
• The recipient books whenever they like, online (with the voucher code) or by calling us. The date depends on the restaurant’s availability.
• At the restaurant, simply show the voucher, printed or on your phone: we check it with the QR code.
• The Total Wagyu voucher can only be booked online: in the booking form choose Total Wagyu and enter the voucher code. The deposit per person is still paid when booking: at the end of the meal it is taken off the bill together with the voucher, and anything left over is refunded to you. If you don’t come, the restaurant keeps the deposit and the voucher stays valid.
• A tasting menu voucher is used once, all together, at the same meal: it can’t be used for some of the guests with the rest kept for another time. So there must be at least as many people at the table as the voucher covers.
• An amount voucher can be used over one or more visits, for whatever you like: whatever you don’t use stays on the voucher until it expires. It gives no change in cash.
• It cannot be exchanged for cash, except when you cancel (section 6).
• If the tasting menu on the voucher is no longer offered, we will agree with you how to use its value.

5. Validity

The voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase shown on it. It cannot be used after that date, not even for any part still unspent.

6. Cancellation

You can change your mind within 14 days of purchase, without giving a reason, as long as the voucher hasn’t been used, even in part: use the “Cancel your purchase and get a refund” button in the Gift section of our Book page and in the voucher email, or email guinceripervoi@gmail.com. We will confirm by email, cancel the voucher and refund the full amount, using the same payment method, within 14 days. Once it has been used at the restaurant, even in part, a refund is no longer possible: whatever is left on an amount voucher can still be spent until it expires.

You can also use this model withdrawal form (it is not compulsory): copy it into an email, or print it, fill it in and send it to us.

7. Lost vouchers

The voucher is valid for whoever presents it, so keep it safe like a ticket. If you lose it, email us straight away: if it is still valid, we will cancel it and send you a new one with the same expiry date and the same value left.

8. Your data

We use your details only for the voucher and to contact you: our privacy notice explains how.

9. Complaints and applicable law

To make a complaint, email guinceripervoi@gmail.com or our PEC ristoranteviadiguinceri@pec.it: we will reply as soon as we can. Italian law applies; disputes fall within the jurisdiction of the court where you live, as provided by the Italian Consumer Code.
