Shop terms of sale

1. Who sells

Shop products are sold by Via di Guinceri S.r.l., registered office Via di Guinceri 6, 57014 Collesalvetti (LI), VAT number and tax code 01822940506, REA no. (Economic and Administrative Index) LI-141709. For any questions, email guinceripervoi@gmail.com or our certified email address (PEC) ristoranteviadiguinceri@pec.it.

2. What we sell

Wines and clothing from the restaurant, as described on our Shop page. Quantities are limited to the items available: once a product runs out it is shown as “Sold out”.

3. Prices

Prices are in euros, including VAT. The delivery cost is shown in your basket before payment; collection from the restaurant is free.

4. Wine and age

Alcohol is sold only to people aged 18 or over (Italian Law 125/2001): before paying you confirm you are 18 or over. We ask for ID on delivery or collection: the courier hands over wine only to an adult who shows it, and at the restaurant we check it ourselves.

5. Order and payment

You pay online by card on Stripe’s secure page: your card details never pass through our website. The contract is concluded once payment is confirmed: you will receive an email confirmation with your order number.

6. Delivery

• We deliver within Italy only, within 10 working days of payment, by tracked delivery: when your parcel is on its way we will email you the tracking number.
• Risk passes to you on delivery. If the parcel arrives damaged, accept it with a written reservation to the courier and email us straight away, with photos.
• If you choose collection, we will call you when your order is ready: collect it from the restaurant during opening hours, bringing ID.

7. Cancellation

You can cancel within 14 days of the day you receive or collect the goods, without giving a reason: use the “Cancel your order” button on our Shop page and in the order email, or email guinceripervoi@gmail.com. We will confirm by email that we have received your request.

• If your order has not yet been shipped or collected, we will not ship it.
• If you already have the goods, you must return them within 14 days of your request, at your own cost and risk, well packed, to Via di Guinceri 6, 57014 Collesalvetti (LI), or bring them back to the restaurant.
• We will refund you within 14 days of your request, using the same payment method: the products and the original delivery cost. For goods already delivered, we may wait until we have received and checked them, or until you have shown proof that you sent them back.
• Opened bottles of wine cannot be returned, for hygiene and health-protection reasons (art. 59 of the Italian Consumer Code).
• Every bottle is sent with a numbered Guinceri guarantee seal, recorded with the order. Bottles must be returned unopened, with the capsule and seal intact and bearing the number recorded with your order. If the label or packaging is damaged, the refund is reduced by the loss in value.
• Returning goods other than those we delivered is not a valid return: in that case no refund is due.
• You are liable for any loss in value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature and characteristics: we may deduct it from the refund.

You can also use this model withdrawal form (it is not compulsory): copy it into an email, or print it, fill it in and send it to us.

8. Guarantee

Every product comes with the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity from delivery (art. 128 et seq. of the Italian Consumer Code). Defects must be reported within 2 months of discovery. If there is a defect, or we sent the wrong product, you can choose between repair and replacement (for wine, an identical bottle, if we have one); if neither is possible, a price reduction or a refund. All at our expense.

9. When we may cancel an order

We may cancel an order and refund it in full if a product is no longer available, in the event of an obvious error in price or description, or if we cannot deliver alcohol because the recipient cannot prove they are 18 or over.

10. Your data

We use your details only for your order, its delivery and to contact you: our privacy notice explains how.

11. Complaints and applicable law

To make a complaint, email guinceripervoi@gmail.com or our PEC ristoranteviadiguinceri@pec.it: we will reply as soon as we can. Italian law applies; disputes fall within the jurisdiction of the court where you live, as provided by the Italian Consumer Code.
