Cookie policy

This website does not use profiling or advertising cookies, and it does not show you a cookie banner because it does not need one: it stores on your device only a few pieces of technical information it needs to work, and it loads the Google map only if you ask for it.

What we store on your device

This is technical information, stored in your browser’s memory and never sent to us or anyone else. By law, no consent is needed: this follows from Article 122 of the Italian Privacy Code, which implements EU Directive 2002/58/EC, and from the Italian Data Protection Authority’s guidelines of 10 June 2021.

• vdg.carrello.v1: the products you have put in the shop basket. It stays until you empty the basket or clear the site’s data.
• vdg.welcome.v3: when you saw the welcome window, so that it is not shown to you again straight away. It deletes itself when you close the tab.

Statistics

We count visits with Vercel Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and stores nothing on your device. The details are in the privacy notice.

The Google map

The “Location” panel contains a Google Maps map. Until you tap “Show the map” it is not loaded and Google receives nothing. If you open it, Google may set its own cookies and process your data under its privacy policy; the map stays open until you reload the page. Alternatively, you can open it directly in Google Maps, outside our website.

Links to other websites

The buttons for Instagram, TikTok, Google, Tripadvisor and La Dimora are simple links: until you tap them, those websites receive nothing. When you open them, their own cookie rules apply.

How to delete this information

You can delete the information stored by the website at any time in your browser settings, in the section about site data or browsing history.
